As far as I know there is 2 game mods to undo the censor patch.

The first one is to download the Sims 3 Nude patch that I have here.  You will find a file and a note explaining what to do: basically you have to overwrite one of the files in the game and the note explains where to find it.  This is the first mod that was released and this is the one I have used from day one and never had any issues with it.

Then another mod came out on MTS2. This mod is a .package file therefore it does not overwrite any files in the game. I have not used it since I had already removed it but looking at the comments over there it seems ok to use it.

So the choice is yours but if you are going to use the first choice and overwrite your Sims 3 game file, make sure you keep a copy of the original file just in case….
