Here is a simple solution to bypass the Sims 3 launcher.

If you have just the Sims 3 installed, navigate to:

C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3GameBin

Look for a file called TS3.exe (application file) , (double) click and it will after a few seconds launch your game without needing to use the Sims 3 launcher.

If you have any expansion packs installed simply go to the latest expansion pack you have installed ie. Sims 3 Late Night, found at:

C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3 Late NightGameBin

Look for a file called TS3EP03.exe (application file) , (double) click and it will after a few seconds launch your game without needing to use the Sims 3 launcher.

Same goes for Sims 3 World Adventure but the file is called TS3EP01.exe and for Sims 3 Ambitions the file is called TS3EP02.exe

Another tip to bypass the Sims 3 Launcher easily is instead of having to navigate to the folder each time you want to play your game, simply right-click on the .exe file and choose Send to desktop shortcut, that way you have a shortcut on your desktop to launch game without the Sims 3 launcher.

Just remember to bypass the Sims 3 Launcher you need to navigate to the latest expansion pack you have installed.
